Specifies that the extended text associated with a specific item, G/L account, cost, resource or standard text will be available on service lines of service quotes.
The program inserts the extended text for a standard text automatically as soon as you enter the standard text code on the service line. If you want to automatically insert extended texts for items, accounts and resources on service quotes, you should also place a check mark in the Automatic Ext. Texts field on the corresponding Item, G/L Account or Resource Card.
