Indicates whether the program will allow reservations to be made for the customer on the service order. The field can be set as follows: Optional, Always, or Never.
The program copies the value from the Reserve field on the customer card for the customer specified in the Bill-to Customer No. field.
The contents of this field, in combination with the contents of the Reserve field in the Item table, determine the contents of the Reserve field on service lines linked to the service order. The program copies the reserve option from the Item table to the service line (thereby overriding the reserve option on the service header). There is one exception to this: if you enter an item with the option Optional on a service line, the program will assign the line the same reserve option as set in the service header.
