Specifies the date to which the purchase prepayment percentage is valid.
You can use the Ending Date field if you want a prepayment percentage to be valid only up to a particular date. To specify that a prepayment should be valid during a specific period of time, enter a date in the Starting Date field as well.
If you leave the Ending Date field blank, the prepayment percentage will be valid until you delete the line.
