Open the 
Time Sheet Allocation window.
Specifies the allocation of posted time sheet lines. The owner of the time sheet can perform this action.
For any day of the week, the time sheet owner can allocate any part, including all or none, of the hours that are available in the Total Quantity field. However, the allocated number of hours must equal the total quantity.
