You can create interactions that insert documents, using the INSDOC template. When you review the entry in the Interactions Log, and choose Show, you may encounter an error when you try to open the document.

To fix the error, in the Export File dialog box, clear the Always ask before performing this action on this type of file check box one time, and then choose Yes. Choose Show again and then open the document.
