Specifies the unit of measure code for the move time to use when you manufacture the item. click the field to see a list of available unit of measure codes.
The program automatically fills in this field when you enter the number of a machine or work center on the line, but you can change it.
Move time is the time a lot or batch of an order spends in transit from one operation to another.
Note that the throughput time can be expressed in various units of measure. However, if you do so it will affect cost calculations.
