Shows the level of the production BOM that this item is used in.
If an item goes directly into the production BOM, then level 1 is displayed here. If, however, the item is also used in another production BOM, level 2 is displayed here.
For example, a bicycle is produced. In level 1, all the parts are displayed which will be required for the final assembly. An example of such a part is a front wheel. However, for the production of this front wheel, one rim, 50 spokes and other components are needed. Therefore, the rim is displayed in level 2 because it is a component that is used in the front wheel.
