Specifies how long it takes to set up the machine. The setup time is the time required for the machine center to convert from the production of the last good piece of item A to the first good piece of item B.
The setup time always refers to the time unit of measure that you entered in the Setup Time Unit of Meas. Code field.
The program transfers the setup time to the Routing Line table when you enter the number of the machine center into the No. field of the Routing Line table. The setup time is used as default to the routing line. You can change it if you want to. The program includes the setup time in the required capacity that is needed to complete a production order.
You can enter a decimal value in this field.
