Specifies the date of this item budget entry.
An item budget can be set up for a week, a month, a quarter, a year or an accounting period. The program will always enter the budget figures on the first day of the selected time interval.
For example, if you have chosen a year as the time interval for the budget figure, the figure will be entered on January 1. If you have chosen a quarter, it will be entered on the first day of the first month in the quarter.
