Contains a description of the entry. The description depends on the values specified in the Type and No. fields. The program fills in the description as soon as you enter something in the No. field, provided the Type field is not blank. You can change the contents of the field manually.
If the Type field is blank, this field may contain any text - a message or comment, for example.
