Specifies that the credit memo was a part to an EU 3-party trade transaction. This means that you shipped the service to a customer in one EU country/region and sent the credit memo to a different EU country/region.
The program copies the information from the EU 3-Party Trade field on the service header when you post the service credit memo.
You cannot change the field value because the entry has already been posted.
