Contains an additional name for the customer to whom you send the credit memo. The field can be used, for example, if the customer has a long company name.
The program copies the name from the Bill-to Name 2 field on the service header when you post the service credit memo.
You cannot change the bill-to name because the credit memo has already been posted.
