Contains the number of the contact at the customer's to whom you shipped the service. To view the information related to the specified contact, as well as the list of other customer contacts, choose the field.
The program copies the code from the Contact No. field on the service header when you post the credit memo.
You cannot change the code because the credit memo has already been posted.
