Specifies the number of units of items, resource hours, or costs registered on the line that have already been posted as consumed. The quantity is expressed in the base units of measure. The program copies the value from the Qty. Consumed (Base) field on the service line when you post the invoice.
You can not change the value in the field manually because the invoice has already been posted.
