Indicates where the components should be copied from to the component list when you replace a service item.
There are four options:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
Item BOM | The component list is copied from the Item BOM. |
Old Service Item | The components are copied from the Old Service Item. |
Old Serv.Item w/o Serial No. | The components from the Old Service Item, but the serial number is not copied. |
None | If selected, the component list for the new service item is not created. |
The information is copied from the Copy Components From field on the service line of the service order that you post.
