Specifies whether the item on the service line has been used to replace the whole service item, one of the service item components, installed as a new component, or just used as a supplementary tool in the service process.

The possible values of the field are: Component Replaced, Component Installed, Temporary, Permanent, <Blank>.

Field Description

Component Replaced

Indicates that a service item component has been replaced with the item on the line.

Component Installed

Indicates that the item was installed as a new component.

Temporary

Indicates that the item on the current service shipment line was used as a temporary replacement of the whole service item.

Permanent

Indicates that the item was used as a permanent replacement of the whole service item.

<Blank>

Indicates that the item was used as a tool during the service process.
