Contains the fault code associated with this service shipment line. The code may be used to identify the different service item faults or the actions taken on the service items for each combination of the fault area and symptom codes.
The program copies the code from the Fault Code field on the service line of the service order. You cannot change the fault code because the entry has already been posted.
