Specifies whether the Annual Amount field on the contract or quote is modified automatically or must be filled in manually. If there is no check mark in the field the program copies the contents of the Calcd. Annual Amount field into the field in the service contract or contract quote. If the field contains a check mark, the Annual Amount field value will not be modified automatically and must be filled in manually. The latter means that it is possible to have unbalanced line amounts and annual amount.
The program copies this information from the Allow Unbalanced Amounts field in the Service Contract Header table when you file a service contract or contract quote.
You can neither change nor delete the contents of this field because this field belongs to a filed copy of a service contract or service contract quote.
