Contains the code of the fault reason for the service line.
A fault reason code can be used to remove a contract discount and warranty discount from a service line both for labor and spare parts.
The program automatically copies the code from the Fault Reason Code field on the corresponding service item line. You can also change the contents of the field manually. To see the list of all fault reason codes and their settings, choose the field.
