Contains the number of the contract if the service order originated from a service contract. Otherwise, this field contains the number of the contract that the corresponding service item is subject to.

The program automatically copies the number from the Contact No. field on the service header of the document. If the Contact No. field is empty, the program checks whether the service line contains a service item that is subject to any service contract and uses this information.

To see the contracts to which the service item is related, on the Service Item Card window, click Related Information, point to Serv. Item, and then click Service Contracts. This opens the Service Contract List window for the particular service item.
