Contains the quantity of registered items, resource time, costs, or payments to general ledger account that have not yet been shipped. This quantity is expressed in the base units of measure. The program updates this field automatically when you change the Quantity field or when the shipment of items, resources, costs, or G/L account is posted.
The program calculates outstanding quantity (base) as a difference between the values in the Quantity (Base) field and the Qty. Shipped (Base) field.
