Contains the description of an item, resource, cost, or a standard text on the service line. After you have filled in the No. field, the program enters the corresponding description in the field.
The description is copied from the Name field from the Resource Card window if the value in the Type field is resource. If the type is item, the program retrieves the description from the Description field in the Item Card. In case the type is cost, the unit cost is copied from the Description field in the Service Cost window. If the Type value is Blank, the program gets the description from the Description field in the Standard Text Codes window.
