Contains the number of the service contract to which this item or service item on the current line belongs. Note that when you create a service item from an item, this field will be cleared to show that the newly created service item is not included in any contract.

You can manually change the value of this field to re-assign the service item to another active contract. You can do so only if this service item is included in Multiple Contracts.

It is also possible to set the value of this field to blank.

You cannot change the value of this field if the Contract No. field on the header is filled in.

A contract is active when it is signed and not expired.
