Contains the code of the price group assigned to the customer. To see the customer price group codes available in the Customer Price Group table, choose the field.
The program uses the code to calculate the unit price for items on the service lines. Unit prices for an item may vary for different price groups. You can enter them in the Sales Prices window. The program will then check the Sales Price table to see whether the customer in the certain price group will be charged a different item price than the item's standard unit price.
The program automatically retrieves the code from the Customer table when you fill in the Bill-to Customer No. field. The field is blank if you have assigned no price group code to the customer.
