Specifies a value that depends on the type of the inventory period entry.
If the type is Item, then this field contains the sum of the values in the Cost Amount (Actual) field for the value entries that contain material variances of outputs for the item that this inventory report entry describes. For more information, see Variance Type.
If the type is G/L Account, then this field contains the sum of the values in the Amount field in the G/L entries for the material variance account that this inventory report entry describes.
