Contains a code for a purchasing activity. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters.
Each purchasing code must be unique, since a code cannot appear twice in one table. You can create as many codes as you like.
A code can be description enough in itself for the activity you are specifying, but you may need to add more detail if several steps are involved. You can include these details in the Description field.
