Shows how many units of the item that are needed for production, which is how many units are remaining on outstanding production order component lists.
The field is automatically calculated and updated with the value in the Remaining Qty. (Base) field in the Prod. Order Component table.
You can filter the Qty. on Component Lines field so that its contents are calculated based on one or any combination of the following elements:
