Contains the code for the number series that will be used to assign document numbers to journal lines in this journal batch. To see the number series that have been set up in the No. Series table, click the field.
When you created the journal batch, the program automatically copied the number series from the No. Series field in the insurance journal template. You can change the code if you want a different number series to be used in this journal batch.
If this field is blank, you will have to manually assign numbers to the journal lines.
If there is a number series in the Posting No. Series field, then the number series in the No. Series field will only be used to assign a temporary number. The temporary number will be replaced upon posting.
