Shows which reason code is linked to the journal batch. When you create a new journal batch, the program automatically copies the code from the Reason Code field in the Insurance Journal Template table, but you can replace it here.
The reason code will be inserted automatically on all lines that are created in batches under the journal template.
To see the existing reason codes in the Reason Code table, click the field.
