Shows a description of the fixed asset that the insurance entry is linked to.
The field can be filled in from the following fields:

If the entry was posted from an insurance journal line, the description was copied from the FA Description field on the journal line.

If the entry was posted from a general journal line, the description was copied from the Description field on the relevant journal line.

If the entry was posted from a purchase order, invoice, or credit memo, the description was copied from the Description field on the purchase line.
You cannot change the description because the entry has been posted.
