Displays the G/L entry number for the entry that was created in the general ledger for this maintenance transaction. To see the general ledger entry in the G/L Entry table, click the field.
Every G/L entry has a unique entry number. The program assigns a number to an entry when it is posted.
You cannot change the entry number because the entry has been posted.
