Specifies a code for the subclass that the fixed asset belongs to. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters.
The code must be unique—you cannot have the same code twice in one table. You can set up as many FA Subclasses codes as you like. Use codes that are easy to remember and describe the asset subclass, for example, MACHINERY for machinery and equipment and FIXTURES for fixtures and furniture.
