Specifies a code for the comment. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters. Use codes that are easy to remember and that describe the type of comment.
You can use this field to sort existing comments. For example, you can enter the code SOCIAL for all comments that are social in nature. Afterward, you can click View, Field Filter on the menu bar to filter the Human Resource Comment Line table so that you can see only the comments that are social in nature.
