If the field contains an Employee No. Filter, the figure in the Total Absence (Base) field will be based only on the employee numbers included in the filter.
You can enter a maximum of 20 characters, both numbers and letters. There are certain rules for how these can be combined:
Meaning | Sample Expression | Included |

Equal to | 1 | Data linked to Employee 1 (the employee number could contain letters instead of just numbers). |
Interval | 1..5 | Data linked to Employees 1 through 5. |
Either/or | 1|2 | Data linked to Employees 1 or 2. |
Different from | <>1 | Data linked to all Employees except Employee 1. |
To see the employee numbers in the Employee List window, click the field.
