Specifies a code for the comment. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters. Use codes that are easy to remember and that describe the type of comment or vendor.
You can use this field to sort existing comments. For example, you can enter the code EU for all comments that pertain to vendors in EU countries/regions.
