Specifies the type of correspondence that this interaction is. There are three options:

Select E-Mail when you want the program to send the attachment in this line by e-mail. | |
Fax | Select Fax when you want the program to send the attachment in this line by fax. |
Hard Copy | Select Hard Copy if you want to print the attachment in this line. This option is only valid if the attachment is a Microsoft Word document. |
