Specifies a salutation. The options are: Job Title, First Name, Middle Name, Surname, Initials and Company Name.
You can then use the contents of the Name 4 field by entering %4 when you enter the salutation in the Salutation field. You can leave this field blank if you do not intend to use any of these options in the salutation formula.
