Specifies a salutation. The options are: Job Title, First Name, Middle Name, Surname, Initials and Company Name.
You can then use the contents of the Name 3 field by entering %3 when you enter the salutation in the Salutation field. You can leave this field blank if you do not intend to use any of these options in the salutation formula.
