Specifies how the attachment contained in the interaction is usually communicated to contacts. There are three options:

Hard Copy | Select Hard Copy if you have decided to print and send the information included in the attachment (Microsoft Word documents only). |
Select E-Mail if you want the program to send the attachment by e-mail when you create an interaction. | |
Fax | Select Fax if you want the program to send the attachment by fax (Microsoft Word documents only). |
If you have filled in this field, the program automatically fills in the Correspondence Type field in the Create Interaction wizard or Segment window when you create an interaction.
