Specifies how the attachment contained in the interaction is usually communicated to contacts. There are three options:

Option Functionality

Hard Copy

Select Hard Copy if you have decided to print and send the information included in the attachment (Microsoft Word documents only).

E-Mail

Select E-Mail if you want the program to send the attachment by e-mail when you create an interaction.

Fax

Select Fax if you want the program to send the attachment by fax (Microsoft Word documents only).

If you have filled in this field, the program automatically fills in the Correspondence Type field in the Create Interaction wizard or Segment window when you create an interaction.
