Specifies the date of the last interaction involving the contact, for example, a received or sent mail, e-mail, or phone call. This field is not editable.
The information contained in this field depends on the contents of the Type field:

If the contact is a company, this field contains information based on the interactions involving the company as well as those involving the persons within the company.

If the contact is a person, this field contains information based on the interactions involving the particular person.
When you create an interaction to record a successful attempt to reach the contact, the program automatically updates the Date of Last Interaction field in the Contact table.
