Specifies the latest time of the day that the recurring job queue entry is to be run.
The time in this field is always interpreted to be Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). For example, if you want a job queue entry to run at a certain time, the time that you specify in this field is not the time in the time zone you have set on your computer. Instead, it is the time UTC.
