Specifies metadata changes on objects in the Object Metadata, or to breakpoints on C/AL code. The metadata changes typically are caused by the development environment when an object is saved in a compiled state. Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server monitors this table and reacts to changes to an object by ensuring that the latest version of the object is run on the server. The table also tracks when breakpoints are placed in the code for an object so that the breakpoints are displayed correctly by the debugger when you are debugging on the server.
