Specifies, based on quantity, how much of the resources that are assigned to the corresponding resource group have been used. The amounts are accumulated from the individual resources. You can record resources usage in the resource journal by selecting Usage for the Entry Type field or in the job journal. All entries in the job journal are recorded as usage.
You can set a filter to see the capacity by date, unit of measure, and chargeable resource transactions.
