Specifies the number of the contact that the sales invoice will be sent to.
To see the contact numbers in the Contact List window, click the drop-down arrow in the field.
If the contact is already a customer, then information about the customer is retrieved and filled in for the relevant fields. If the contact is not a customer, then a search for a unique customer template that matches the criteria for this contact is performed. The following fields are used as search criteria:
- Territory Code
- Country/Region Code
- Currency Code
If these three fields match, then information about the customer template is retrieved and used to fill in the relevant fields.
