Open the Inventory - Reorders window.
Shows a list of items with negative inventory that is sorted by vendor. You can use this report to help decide which items have to be reordered.
The report shows how many items are inbound on purchase orders or transfer orders and how many items are in inventory. Based on this information and any defined reorder quantity for the item, a suggested value is included in the Qty. to Order field.
Note |
---|
The suggested reorder quantity does not consider planning parameters. To get an optimized reordering plan that is based on material requirements planning (MRP), you must run the requisition or planning worksheet. |
For items that are set up with a reorder quantity, the value in the Reorder Quantity field on the item card is suggested in the Qty. to Order field.
For items that are not set up with a reorder quantity, the quantity that is required to bring the negative inventory to zero is suggested in the Qty. to Order field.
Options
Select the Use Stockkeeping Unit field to only include items that are set up as SKUs. This adds SKU-related fields, such as the Location Code, Variant Code, and Qty. in Transit fields, to the report.
Note |
---|
If the Use Stockkeeping Unit field is cleared, then only non-SKU items are shown in the report. |
In the Buy-from Vendor No. field, set a filter for the vendor or vendors that you want to view items for.
In the Transfer-from Code field, set a filter for the location or locations from which you want to see inbound SKU quantities.
Note |
---|
This option only applies if you also select the Use Stockkeeping Unit field. |
