Open the 
Service Document - Test window.
Shows and verifies posting dates that are specified in service documents, and checks whether there is anything to post. You can use the report to test service orders, invoices or credit memos before you post them.
Options
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
Ship | Select whether you want to post the documents that are being tested as shipped, or as shipped and invoiced. |
Invoice | Select whether you want to post the documents that are being tested as invoiced, or as shipped and invoiced. |
Show Dimensions | Select if you want dimensions information for the journal lines that you want to include in the report. |
