Open the 
Finance Charge Memo window.
You use the 
Finance Charge Memo report to print payment reminders for customers. The document is created on the basis of an issued finance charge memo.
Options
Show Internal Information: You can select the check box in this field if you want the printed report to show information that is only for internal use.
Log Interaction: You can select the check box in this field if you want the program to record the finance charge memos you print as Interactions and add them to the Interaction Log Entry table.
