Open the 
Resource - Cost Breakdown window.
Shows the direct unit costs and the total direct costs for each resource. Only usage postings are considered in this report. Resource usage can be posted in the resource journal or the job journal.
The report creates sections that correspond to the resource ledger entries. After each section, the amounts are totaled by quantity and total direct cost. These totals are accumulated into a final total at the end of the report.
The sections are created according to chargeable and nonchargeable usage. If nonchargeable entries have been posted, this section is displayed first and is broken down by each unit of measure.
The report displays the contents of the following fields: Description, Work Type Code, Quantity, Direct Unit Cost, and Total Direct Cost.
