Open the 
IRS Details window.
Reports on general ledger accounts grouped by Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax numbers. You can print details for a single IRS number or for all IRS numbers.
If the Reverse Prefix field for the IRS number is set to Yes, then the IRS Details report prints the actual balance in the Value in IRS Number List column but reverts the negative operator in the Balance at Date column.
