Open the 
Work Center Statistics window.
You can access work center statistics from work center cards and the Work Center List list. The General FastTab shows the status of the work center at the current date. The figures are based on all calendar entries and production order capacity need lines that have been created, and they appear in the following fields: Expected Total Capacity, Expected Effective Capacity, Expected Efficiency %, Expected Total Cost, Actual Need, Actual Efficiency %, Actual Total Cost.
The General FastTab shows quantities and amounts for:

The current year to date
-
The preceding year
-
The company's entire history
The General FastTab displays the following quantities:

The total capacity of this work center that is planned for the period in question
-
The effective capacity of this work center that is planned for the period in question
-
The efficiency % of this work center that is planned for the period in question
-
the total costs of this work center that are planned for the period in question
-
The actual need of this work center for the period in question
-
The actual used efficiency % of this work center for the period in question
-
The actual used total costs for the period in question
